To those of you that have been working with your young musicians on this process, we are so excited to offer you a great experience this year. The CCAP committee has done such an outstanding job putting together a wonderful event for you and your students.

 

Below is the information you need to register for CCAP:

The deadline for registration is Wednesday, March 17, 2021

 

If you have discussed taking advantage of the live events with the CCAP committee, please sign up for the location you were given permission to use. 

 

If you have NOT discussed the live exam with any of the committee members, we would like to urge you to utilize the “Zoom Exam” option. However, if you were hoping for the live option and would prefer NOT to use Zoom, we would like to urge you to contact Kip Mason with inquiries (her email is listed below). 

 

Here is the link for Registration: CLICK HERE — Again, please complete this no later than March 17, 2021. You will receive a copy of each registration you submit and the committee will be in touch with you regarding scheduling and confirmations.

 

We ask that teachers fill out one form per participating student, but send in/complete ONE payment for ALL students combined. 

 

Regarding payment, here are the fees:

  • Foundation – $25.00 per student

  • Level 1, 2, 3 – $35.00 per student

  • Level 4, 5, 6 – $40.00 per student

  • Level 7, 8, 9, 10 – $45 per student

 

This year, you will be able to pay by using either Venmo or by mailing a check. We ask that teachers pay for ALL of their students in one payment.  You will be responsible for collecting the individual fee from each of your students yourself.

 

If you choose the Venmo option, we ask that you set up an account with the service and NOT use any credit cards (to avoid extra fees).  In addition, when you submit payment using this option, in the “what’s it for” section, please type YOUR first and last name and, “CCAP Registration fees 2021,” like this:
